What's more, the city also sponsors a volunteer sightseeing guide service, operated by English-speaking Bunkyo City citizens,
all of whom are eager to guide you to the city's points of interest.

①Nezu Shrine was built in 1706, by the then shogun. Its 7 structures are designated as important cultural poperties.
(Nezu Shrine) ②Akamon, a red gate of the University of Tokyo was constructed in 1827, according to established practice. Shinji Ike, which is popularly called "Sanshiro Ike", as set in Souseki Natsume's masterpiece.
